1. Measure your testosterone

The British Society of Sexual Medicine (BSSM) states you need two blood tests to confirm your testosterone level is low enough for treatment.

A testosterone level less than 12 nmol/L (and up to 15 nmol/L in certain circumstances) is considered for TRT.

The small print

Not everyone is suitable

If you don't need TRT, we won't prescribe it. Simple as.

We'll look at your blood results, symptoms, medical history, and your family plans to come up with the best option for you.

TRT can be life-transforming for most men, but that's not the case for everyone - especially if your levels are borderline.

TRT costs money

We’ll do our best to get you the fairest price, but it’s a financial commitment, make no mistake.

The first year’s always a bit more expensive – it’s all about setting you on the right track.

This could be a lifetime treatment, so know what you’re signing up for.

We do things properly

If your meds change, we’ll need more tests – no shortcuts.

Don't miss your blood tests, we need them to issue your next prescription.

We won’t push your testosterone levels above the norm.

We expect a bit of personal investment. It’s a team effort.

Got questions? We've got answers

How long will my consultation last?

Pre-treatment consultations typically last 45 minutes, give or take. This gives you and the doctor plenty of time to discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, and different treatment options.

Review appointments are shorter, since you'll already be established on treatment. These shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes.

What happens if my dosage changes?

Sometimes, your dose might need a bit of tweaking to get you feeling your best. One of our TRT experts will talk you through your dose change and arrange any follow-up tests until your new dose is optimised for you.

How much is my treatment likely to cost?

The price of your treatment will vary based on several factors, like the type of TRT, your dose, and whether you pay for your membership monthly or annually. We're always upfront about costs.
